Community Contribution Activities for ESG Management Implementation

Dongwon Metal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter Dongwon Metal) conducted an environmental cleanup activity on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, in the vicinity of its Jinryang Plant, with approximately 20 employees participating.

This activity was carried out as part of Dongwon Metal's efforts to promote sustainable management and strengthen ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management. It was planned to fulfill the company's social responsibility of realizing social value for the greater public good.

Participating employees carried out various environmental protection activities, including trash collection, road cleaning, and river cleanup, focusing on the roads and river areas surrounding the Jinryang Plant. They performed meticulous cleanup work, particularly aimed at improving the living environment for local residents and creating a pleasant environment around the factory, laying the groundwork for mutual growth between the company and the local community.

A Dongwon Metal representative stated, “Our company has consistently carried out environmental cleanup activities in partnership with the local community. This activity is an extension of our efforts to grow together with the community and fulfill our environmental responsibilities.” They added, “We plan to actively practice ESG management and further expand our environmental protection and social contribution activities going forward.”
