Additionally, we analyze external and internal economic factors, as well as the automotive industry, to forecast global business environments and support the decision-making of the management.

    • HR

      We develop strategic workforce plans to achieve the company's goals effectively. This includes planning HR systems, recruitment, evaluation, and compensation. By supporting the overall HR system, we support the acquisition and retention of top talent, maximizing business performance. We also enhance member competitiveness and individual capabilities through efficient training programs.

    • General Affairs

      We create an optimal environment for the company's employees to perform their duties. This involves managing various conveniences and benefits, as well as overseeing asset and facility management, and handling internal and external contract management. We also oversee company events and other related matters.

    • Finance

      We handle accounting and tax processing, plan and manage company funds efficiently to generate revenue and maximize corporate value, and provide reliable financial information in a timely manner to support rational decision-making for internal and external stakeholders.

    • IT

      We operate and manage various services such as ERP and groupware, and build optimized IT systems necessary for business operations. We ensure a stable IT infrastructure by managing network and system security.

    • Production

      We ensure stable product manufacturing to enhance competitiveness and streamline production processes. This includes developing production plans to meet customer deadlines and managing production information comprehensively to support continuous improvement activities.

    • Production Technology

      We oversee and improve the equipment and mass production systems involved in production processes. Our role includes preventing factors that hinder equipment productivity and stabilizing operations to maximize profitability and efficiency in production tasks.

    • Materials

      To facilitate effective inventory management, we base our shipments and orders on timely business plans. We also manage inventory for affiliates to promote mutual growth with our partners.

    • Environment/Safety

      We manage major accident prevention, conduct safety inspections and improvements, and organize various safety events. We handle safety and health-related legal responsibilities to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for employees and all stakeholders.

  • R&D (Development, Design, Overseas Works, Advanced Technologies, Cost Management)

    • Development

      We are responsible for ensuring quality and addressing issues during the new automobile development stage. We manage production feasibility and improvement activities in response to design changes at domestic and international sites. We meet customer quality needs through compliance with Quality 5-Star, ISO certifications, and Technology 5-Star assessments.

    • Design

      We design product drawing for approval to produce optimal products that meet customer needs. Additionally, we ensure product reliability by analyzing product structures, conducting various pre-verification tests, and assessing compliance with standards and regulations.

    • Overseas Works

      To support our growth as a global company, we efficiently manage international sales and corporate operations. We assist in stabilizing production at overseas subsidiaries through trade management for KD orders and equipment exports, and oversee logistics and shipping costs to ensure on-time delivery of products.

    • Advanced Technologies

      We analyze new automotive technologies and trends, conduct RFQ process reviews, and approve and improve molds and jigs for new models to meet customer demands.

    • Cost Management

      We determine the product costs and investment expenses for new and mass-produced automobile models to enhance the company's competitiveness and support sustainable growth.

  • Quality/Sales Management

    • Quality Management

      We establish processes in line with the requirements of quality management systems in the automotive industry and collaborate with relevant departments to maintain a stable quality management system. From receiving and reviewing new model drawings to ensuring the quality of individual parts, we conduct quality improvement and validation activities for new vehicles. We also serve as the quality control center, ensuring that parts exported to our overseas subsidiaries meet global quality standards, resolving any quality issues, and establishing systems to enhance customer satisfaction and preventive quality.

    • Sales Management

      We achieve customer satisfaction by efficiently managing our finished products and maintaining them in optimal condition, ensuring the safe and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
